Coop not yet finished. Looking for suggestions.

Thank you all for your suggestions! I know we deff need ventilation. I'm thinking about cutting some of the wood out of the top sides of the coop, adding hindges and screen behind it. That way I can still close it up when it rains/snows...sound like a good idea? And suggestions on roosting poles? They currently dont have any of those either.

I like the idea of not using the lid for the nesting boxes and adding another opening on the side. Thanks again!! Keep them coming.
