What are the inside dimensions, not including nests?

Nests, not roost boxes...for laying eggs not roosting(sleeping).

If possible, trim those legs back to sound wood and put it up on blocks.

Really good ventilation -- that's so rare on small coops.

Lol yea I might have been looking at the roost bar when I typed that one sorry! I also was a tiny bit off it’s on sqft as it’s 4ft from door to door by 2ft 10” from back to nest boxes. Just under 12sqft which if I’m right I can just make up for with the run?

Oh...just goes to show visual proportion can be easily misinterpreted.

Maybe, if your run is completely predator and weather proof.
A 4' roost might be an issue for more than 3-4 birds(they need wing room to get up there).

That's what we're doing with a coop that's got termite damage in it's legs.

If they're going to have 24/7/365 access to a predator-proofed run with adequate weather protection then it's reasonably-likely to work. When choosing birds, look at the hatchery description and go for ones that are described as "tolerates confinement" rather than "good rangers" because those are more likely to describe placid, laid-back birds rather than high-strung, active birds who have greater space needs.

Only 4 birds total in this coop but if needed what about adding another roost to the back? Maybe going from current roost to back wall?

You won't need that many nest boxes. They'll mostly all lay eggs in the same box so you could increase the floor space a bit by taking out one partition and the front ledge.
Given you're going to have to repair the legs take the opportunity to get the coop well above ground height. At the current height any rodents can get busy gnawing their way in unseen. A couple of foot off the ground is good, more if you can make it stable. Heavy legs fixed to the outside running up the coop walls a couple of feet could work well. You would of course have to add a ramp, but if it's high enough for the hens to get under you've got a weather shelter thrown in.

How high would you say would be the acceptable height to deter rodents but also let some Barred rocks hang out underneath?
