Coop photos and new plans :)

Ok, so today my oldest batch of chicks moved outside into their grow-up pen which is 30 sq ft. We put on a new coop that we found in the barn. They will stay here until new run & coop is finished. Then I will expand the baby pen to around 100 sq ft for a pair of ducks. I also included photos of Peter's domain!

Here is the baby-now-future-duck pen and coop. This is the one I'm going to expand.

Here is the location of the future laying hen pen and coop. The coop will go in the corner. The RUN will be 1600 sq ft!

In the second picture, I see chicken wire tips poking out. I once lost a golden pheasant...she stabbed herself on something similar, and bleed to death.

That was before the chicks were in there. We got everything secured now.
