Coop placement near air conditioner?

Can anyone tell me if there are any reasons why I should keep my chicken coop away from the outside air handler? I have two sheds outside and the smaller of the two will convert easily to a very comfortable coop. The air handler is within 10 feet of the shed itself, so the run will come very close to it. Should I be worried that anything might contaminate our air supply (poop dust or whatever when cleaning up). We haven't ordered any chicks yet and are still in the planning phases. This shed area is mostly dappled shade so I thought that might be a bonus in this Florida heat.

Most ac units dont pull air from out side an move it in. They recirculate inside air so as long as the heat off the unit blowing on the chickens an over heat them then there should not be any issues.

Not yet, but I'll try to get some today and have them up by tonight. I'm actually toying with several placement ideas. I'll get pictures of each area and maybe all of you helpful people can help me decide.

Ok, getting pictures of that area of the yard proved to be much easier said than done. Even zoomed out as far as possible I couldn't really get a good picture of the shed and the surrounding area. So here' what I've got...

The shed is about 8ft by 6ft, about a foot off the ground, one small window(does not let in much light at all) and gable vents at each end. The only reasons I'm considering this spot are because 1) it's an existing structure 2) the shade. It gets soooo hot in the sun!
We've been discussing other areas because this shed is on the side of the house and we'd like to be able to see them from the back door. I've got an above ground pool and deck that are about to be torn down and that might end up being the best spot to build new because it already has electricity and plumbing. But I do worry about the heat in the direct sun...So far picking the best spot seems to be the hardest thing of all! I'll try to get pics of these other spots tomorrow.

Keep in mind that it's possible more dust will be sucked in to the coils as the unit is running to exchange heat. As such it will lower the units ability to transfer heat.

Not a big issue, just needs a service cleaning more frequently.

People often forget that the outside unit needs service too.
