Coop question

If I have two coops and let them free range at the same time still they still go back to the coop they came from or will they be all mixed up?

If they are have been in their separate coops for a while they should go back to the one they normally sleep in.

Alright, I'll keep then in there coop and run for about a month and then she what happens.
