coop question????

i am building a new coop and i am downsizing my flock. they free range every day and go back to the coop every night. i am moving the coop though and building on to it so they have more room. i am giving my RIRs to a friend because she wants some laying hens. so im only gonna have i roo and 4 hens. however i have 4 chicks and one is a roo so im getting rid of im and then 3 pullets. and soon i am hatching eggs.so i am going to keep at least 2 pullets. so i will have i roo and 9 hens the coop im building is going to be at least 45 sq feet. is that big enough

45 sq. ft. in the coop is room for 11 chcickens so if you hold to the plan, yes.
