Thanks for sharing that fascinating article on the heritage meat study. I would think various heritage breeds would have considerable potential in developing countries where farmers might not be able to , or even want to buy Cornish-Rock crosses from a hatchery for each batch, or for that matter be able to provide the necessary inputs to raise them. In some countries such birds may not even be readily available.
