Well finally finished the run and coop. Need to hook up water hose and it will have a mister. Tarp was an addition as it has been in the 100s here and cools down the run a bit. They run free in the back yard so they find shade but just incase I lock hem up. Ordered supplies to make an automatic door as I’m already tired of getting up and letting them out and closing coop up at night. Had to add a fan In the coop when it reached 100 at night but I’m happy the end result. We have 4 hens, 2 want no part of being touched and other two are warming up to us.
All the hard work and and had no knowledge when I started. It seems like a pain but the reward is worth it. My 2 cents.
