Thanks so much! Here's the final version (minus the roof garden or sheet metal roofing material I'll most likely add) The roof garden is basically a planter box (I think I'll use rough cut pine) that I plan to install using bolts (and lifting off the roof a couple of inches) to the current roof. I was going to plant some herbs, wheat or native grasses there. However, now I'm just going to relax for awhile and plan to expand on the project later!
