Coop setup for future breeding

So I have an established flock of 16 chickens. I have started constructing another run and coop that butts up to the original run and i just recently moved my new 13 chicks that are 9 weeks old out to the new coop i am constructing. My question is if I keep the new 13 in the new coop/run until they are the same size as the older girls… in the future if I wanted to make the new coop/run into a breeding pen.. would these new girls/boys get confused if they are put in the older coop/run and vice versa for the older girls being put into the new coop/run? Or would they just figure it out fine being in a new coop/roosting area/egg box? Thanks!

When I’ve moved my chickens around, they usually accept their new surroundings fairly well, but I keep them in the coop for three days so they don’t try to go back when I let them out to free range.
