Coop size for cochin bantams

So my wonder dh said Wed. morning that I could get more chickens!

So I called the company that we got our first order of chicks from and placed my order around noon. 25 cochin bantam assortment.

They called me 3:30 the same day and said that my order had just hatched, and would be shipping in the morning, and should be here Friday!!!

So my question is.... my dh needs to get to work on the coop and run. Don't want to put them in with my 27 other chickens! (They are now 8 weeks old!) I know I have a couple weeks before they'll be ready to go into a coop, but about what size coop for our little ones, and then what would be a good run size as well.

2sq ft cop 5sq ft run minimum. I like to have a little more space for cochins. I'd go ahead and do a 8x8 coop and probably a 8x30 run personally, but that's up to you...
