Hi everyone im new to the site lots of useful suff on here. My coop size is 8x12 and i have 25 RIR coming all female and i was wanting to know if this coop will be to small. And my out door penn will be 22 ft wide and 13 ft deep

this is my frist time having chickens so please dont

That's about the size that most BYCers consider quite adequate, so your odds of it working ok are pretty good.

I prefer a lot more space per chicken than that, they really do ACT different with more room, but, to each their own.

You should allow 4 to 10 square foot per bird. You have 382 foot there. You should be okay. You dont want to over crowd. They would be happier with more room, maybe you can let them free range during the day. They sell fencing that is just for chickens, its real easy to take up to mow and then put right back out. I need to get some myself.
