Coop Suggestions for 30 Silkies?

I have 30 silkies and I need your coop suggestions!
I'm not handy at all so I was hoping to find ideas that would be big and easy to construct. Also, I am in Florida but I do have a few trees in my yard so I will be putting the coop under a tree.

A low, shed style coop about 10x10 will be good for your skill level and silkies.
