No, not IMO.
With adequate ventilation, temp and humidity will be the same inside and out with some lag time.

Chickens in cold weather do well if there is plenty of draft free ventilation. Amazing to see chickens roosting in trees in the winter in Missouri. Even more amazing is to see spruce hens roosting in the trees in Alaska! Obviously it does depend on the breed of chicken how cold hardy they are.
