Coop windows

I'm about finished with my coop. It's 6x4 outhouse design. The front is 5ft tall with the top 10 inches hardware cloth on the front. There is also 4, 6x12 inch vents, 1 on each side and 2 on the back. My question is I'm wanting to put 2 10x 30 inch windows on the front, but they will line up with roost bars. Will this work having the breeze directly on the chickens? I'm not to worried about the summer and can close windows during the winter, but wanted sunlight to get in.

The windows in front of the roost bars is not an issue in warm weather. That's how I have mine. All my girls pile up on the roost bar right in front of the open window so apparently they like it as well. Your higher ventilation should be fine in winter with the windows closed.
