You could purchase a coop, but most for sale out there are inadequate in size and design, a good one will be rather expensive, so learn what makes a good coop before even thinking about buying one.

Another option would be to purchase a shed, which would need some alterations but at least the basic structure is there.

If time is money there's nothing wrong with having someone build something to specification, but that does put the onus on you to know exactly what you want so you can communicate that to the builder/handyman.
