Some holes on the sides wouldn't be a bad idea. And honestly you will prob need to lock them up in there for a couple days to clear their memory and make them associate it with home or else they won't go to it at night.

this is my chicken mobile. The side is half open with chicken wire and the other side is closed in completly with the corugated plastic roofing. This year i tried something new and put poultry netting around the coop to give them a ton of room and i let them outside. They go back into the coop fine at night too no need to chase them.

no prob wish i had a pic of all the chickens this year this one is a couple years old. pretty happy that it still works fine
