I don’t often get to sit out by the coop around bedtime but I had the chance tonight and my girls had me cracking up. Blanche (my head hen) was telling the other girls that it was CLEARLY time for bed. Well…the moody teenagers refused to listen. There was a lot of cheeping and squawking but Blanche eventually won and the girls went up to bed

Well…my hubby got the chicken math bug. Came home to four new babies told him he better get to building a bigger coop
