Coops done! What do you think?

Hello! It looks pretty nice. One thing to note is that many predators can remove the staples holding the hardware cloth, it might be a good idea to reinforce with some screws and washers.
Most recommend 10 sq ft per chicken in the run, so 11 is pushing it. Are they going to get out to free range at all? Do you have any closer pictures and measurements of the coop? Just going off these pictures, it looks too small for 11 birds. As a general rule, they should each have 3-4 sq ft of floor space in the coop and 1 ft of roost space.
Plus 1 on the screws and washers on the hardware cloth

I ended up finding some cheap triple pane windows from a habitat for humanity ReStore and 1/4 hardware cloth. I used gutter screws. Some facing in. Some screws facing out as a deterrent. So the hardware cloth became the screen (with sharp points).

My coop is always morphing. Started with a 10x10 shed... Then got a "Rugged Ranch" outdoor coop from Family Farm and Home, and made it a 6x8 breezeway on the front to break the weather.

Then I found a used "Tartar" brand dog kennel with a roof kit for $200 on local Craigslist.... and attached (anchored) it to the shed. On the East side of the shed.

I recently "stored" my sheets of 4x8 t-11since the weather is so stifling, and ordered 2-5 ft Tartar expansion panels from TSC to give the girls more room... growing to 5x10 off the East side of the coop, which is already 10x10.

The next move will be to go to Menards and get a mesh "see through" tarp to deter over head attacks from raptors... and of course a whole bunch of bungee cords.

Next door neighbors aren't thrilled, and said something about 20 foot from the property line... but they're not picturing what I am doing and there is plenty of room.

The girls got their first taste of apples for the year. Some for the first time.
