Hiya, and welcome to BYC! :frow I sure hope this works out for you.

It might be too soon for you to put in for a name change, but kindly do yourself a favor and change that because we've all been "dumb" a time or two with these chickens of ours. If you can't, message @DuckLady and she can help you. You don't need to be calling yourself that. :hugs

Also, check out our Coop Forum that's full of coops our members built. Some are easy, some aren't, but many have instructions for how they built it, and they have some very fine coops!

Welcome to BYC. I hope you get a refund soon. Please keep us updated.
I know its frustrating. But. You probably dodged a bullet of sorts. I doubt their coops are any better than their customer service. A home built coop is the way to go.
