Hey Dad!, I've never seen or heard of roller bars. What are they and how do they work? I see the picture that you posted of them. Can't get it in my mind how their attached and how they work? It's a fairly simple concept. You have a wire or inner bar or pipe. One the outside is a larger diameter pipe. These are positioned at the top of your fence. When something tries to get a foothold on the top of the fence to climb/jump over the outer pipe just spins on the smaller one and they can't get a grip. If you do a google search of how to build them yourself it will make more sense.
