Copper Maran chick not growing?

On July 5, we bought 7 chicks from an experienced breeder. 1 Ayam cermani, 2 copper marans, 2 polish tolbunts, an ayam/easter egger cross (the breeder calls them Laced blue belles) and 1 americana/copper maran(Olive egger) all of the chicks are growing normally except for one of the copper marans.

Maddie (the slow grower) is eating and drinking normally and is just as active as the other chicks. I haven't really noticed any difference in behavior. Is there something wrong with her? She is 3 weeks old and has nothing but her wing feathers. No shoulder, tail or back feathers.is there anything I can do to help her start growing?

This first picture is maddie
The second is her sister Liv, they are same age.

Could be failure to thrive which basically means there something internally wrong that is preventing growth or it could just be a runt. All you can do is provide it with a fresh clean starter or grower ration. I also will feed scrambled eggs as a daily treat which helps mine to grow like weeds.

It's hard to tell from the camera angle, but Maddie looks normal to me. Can you get a clearer picture of them together? Some marans grow feathers more slowly. For example, one of my 5 chicks grew feathers about 2 weeks behind the other 4. He is now thriving quite well.

I agree whatever is happening, is probably genetic, whether it's a failure to thrive or just slow feathering.

I hatched out some BCM earlier this year and got a pullet that was, and still remains about 1/2 the size of her hatch mates. She was also very, very slow to grow out her feathers. The others were fully feathered before she even started to lose her fluff. I did not supplement her feed separately so they all got the same thing and she ate and drank as well as the rest of them. They have not got to laying age yet but I am interested to see if a bantam size egg pops out of her.

I don't know if there are such things as bantam BCM but there are of other breeds so, why not?

Here's a picture from another angle, hope it helps a ltitle more

This us our first time with CMs and With all the other breeds we've gotten, I've never seen it except in cockerels, and even they had feathers on their shoulders by now. I've read forums where chicks were like Maddie and ended up dying around 2 months old,
still the same size and just as featherless as when they were a week old, so i'm hoping it's not that and she's just a runt. Thank you guys so much, I'll try that! We have some hay (I'll have to make sure it's alfalfa InThe morning) right now, and I'll make her some scrambled eggs in the morning.
