Copper maran

What do we think ? Hen or cockerel ? 11 weeks old copper maran
I know it looks obvious but no copper on the neck

My marans pullets comb and wattles are not that big and red at eleven weeks I say its a cockerel. Mine all have feathered feet, down the shank and down to the toenail on the outside toe.
