Copper sulphate for canker

Getting overwhelmed reading various posts about copper sulphate and acidified copper sulphate and the amounts to use etc, so thought I'd make a fresh post.

What are the amounts to dilute into water please? And how long should it be put out for her? I have just 1 chicken left, the last 2 unfortunately passed due to canker. She's at least 8 years old but likely older. She was always the perkiest, so I want to help her best I can in her potential final days.

I'm also considering rebuying the harkers spartrix tablets to give that a go. We used to have a tub, it's gone awol. It's £25 for a tub of 50 tablets, the instructions say 1 tablet per pigeon - does anyone actually have success with these tablets? If so, did you double the dose?
