Corid dosing for 10 chickens

I was given a mini flock of birds and I think they need to be treated for cocci. They are 8 months old laying hens. They have enough of the symptoms I still have them isolated. How much powder to how much water, and for how long???

Dosing is 1 teaspoon of Corid to 1 gallon of water for 5 days(the water needs to be changed every day).
