Corn Chowder

Down south it's called a bisque....

Shrimp and corn bisque
Cook down in 1/2 stick butter 1 onion chopped, 1 stalk celery and some garlic chopped
When soft add about 2 tablespoons flour
Stir around making a blonde rue, it's done when you smell nutty smell
Add 1 can chicken broth stir well
Add 1 can whole corn drained and 3 cans cream of corn
Let cook
Add 1lbs shrimp and/ or crab meat. Season with Tony's or season all
Also add 1 can rotel
When shrimp is almost cooked add 1 pint heavy cream
After adding cream do not let it boil only slow simmer.
