Corn Husks?

Hi everyone. I've looked on the treats chart, but it doesn't say whether or not they can have the corn husks or not. I'm getting 100 ears of corn to freeze and didn't know if it would be ok to throw them the husks. Thanks everyone!

I have gave them to mine. They kinda picked at them for the left over corn or worns. They didnt really eat them. they had fun pickin at them though.

They will not eat the husks. Cook an ear or two and give that to them and they will peck at that

I've given them the corn and they love it, and they even pick the ones we've eaten off of....just didn't know if the husks would float their boat or not!

Mine like the cooked corn on the cob but turn their beaks up at the husks.

Is it OK to give them raw corn on the cob? Why does everybody give it cooked?

I gave my ladies a cob last week they loved it. I had to cut it up so each had her own otherwise they got nasty with each other.

mine love it raw.. i always buy extra just for them.. but they do fight over it so i break it up and toss it all over so little ones have a fighting chance lol

I grow corn in my garden so i have plenty. Almost every day i go by and pick a few ears for the chickens, they love it, but they don't eat the shucks they are tooooo tough.

My goat used to love the husks. If you know someone with a goat ask them. Otherwise we compost it.
