Cornish chick stuck on it's back

Hey everyone, I'm just wondering if anyone has seen this before? I have a batch of Cornish crosses about 1 week old. One chick repeatedly gets stuck on its back the leg is twitching and she can't flip back over? Not a disease I hope? Please chime in, thank you

I've never had Cornish X but I do have one pullet who used to get stuck on her back/side. She does have a wing issue so I think she was tripping on it. She did it a lot when she was younger so she doesn't do it much now.

I was reading about the diseases, I think she's ok. Also could be a vitamin E issue as well. I'll definitely post the outcome.

I'd try vitamin therapy.

400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily.
Make sure they have plenty of room in their brooder and she's not getting bowled over and trampled.

Thanks for the reply, I did start giving them a probiotic and vitamin supplement and so far she hasn't done again.
