Cornish cross behavior

I have a Cornish cross, he was free, and he has grown so much. Is it normal for him to be a bully? What can I do with him?

Big chickens pick on smaller chickens - normal chicken society. They are bred and raised to be eaten. Generally because of their genetics they have relatively short lives.
