cornish cross hen is shaking, breathing hard - rapid onset

I've got 9 roos and 3 hen cornish crosses - I fed them, went for about a 30 min run and when I got back one of the hens is shaking, breathing hard, and off-balance. She is one of the smallest and has been seemingly very healthy up until this point. Any ideas? I'm going to cull her but am wondering if this is a sign of some kind of disease or something else. They're from May 1 - I live in Maine if there's anything specific to the region...

Hopefully it is the heart failure that they so typically get.

Weird, she appears to be fine now. I separated her from the group and brought her inside. I wonder if she got the wind knocked out or something.
