I’m still fairly new to all this and always looking for ways to be more efficient/provide better for my birds. Lifelong cattle and hog farmer. But I Have only ran two batches of Cornish crosses and one of turkeys. Attached are pictures of my meat bird pen. I currently have 42 Cornish cross straight run chicks in this pen. They’re 2 weeks old It’s a little over 10x15. I have a heat lamp on one side and fan blowing on the other. I figure this gives the chicks the choice to heat up or cool off. Temps have been 90 during the day and 65 or so at night. I also have a 12” exhaust fan at ceiling height that exhausts the worst of the heat and stink from the pen. What do you guys think?

Looks like they still want the heat! Nice set up, lots of food and water, looks like a big horse stall. :thumbsup Way better than my birds ever got!!!
