Cornish cross with bulge

Hi I have 15 cornish x birds 1 has a bulge on the side of his throat/ top of breast
It looks to me kinda like the pouch that thay have rocks in to digest there food is huge! !! I say that because you can see through the skin kinda and it looks like food is that possible ? Or is it a tumer or?

Sounds like a full crop. Completely normal, especially for a cornish cross to have a really full crop as they eat a lot!
