I was told in about 2months they are big enough to eat. I dont know. I never ate my bantams but I never had cornish either. Ive heard from old timers that the cornish bantams were the cornish game hens. Maybe they used to be, I have no idea. Im looking for something to produce meat relatively quick that has some flavor and doesnt poop up a storm.
