Cornish Losses

I have a smaller feeder, it will comfortably fit six of my cornish x, but I have seven cornish x, ten three week old pekins, three mystery breed chicks and a barred rock chick. They all use this one little feeder. I fill it up in the morning, let them free-range, and refill the feeder whenever I see that it's empty. Sometimes I refill it before bedtime and sometimes I don't. Mine are five weeks old and have been doing well. They have started slowing down though. I hope they pack some more meat onto their legs and thighs before I have to butcher them, but the wings and breasts seem to be pretty good.

Sounds like classic vitamin B1 deficiency. Medicated feeds have a B1 inhibitor in them and their extended use causes the described symptoms.
