Cornish Rock

Hey there just wondering what is the hybrid of a Cornish Rock?
Im new to meat birds, just trying something different.

It's a CornishXPlymouth Rock hybrid, I think.

So I would have to breed a Plymouth Rock with a Cornish hen or rooster?

Just so you know, you probably wouldn't get as impressive results with a homemade Cornish Rock. A lot of selective breeding has gone into the commercial birds.

And I'd guess that either cross would work fine, not that I know anything about genetics.
