Cornish rocks - when to feed grower /finisher

We have 3 week old Cornish Rocks that we have been feeding chick starter. When is the best time to switch them to finisher?

What I've read says anytime after 3 weeks, We will probably switch ours at about 4 weeks.

I did medicated starter for first 2 weeks. Then broiler grower for 6 weeks. Then finisher for 1 week. You don't want to give them finisher until the end. It will slow down their growth but puts a good fat on them. It's also lower in protein.

I feed 20% broiler feed from day one until the end.

Oh, sorry all we have around here is grower/finisher, PP is probably right if its just finisher.
