Thank you for this post. I think the only thing I'm not doing is pasture feeding to get them in a large area. They have a decent sized run, and I throw their food in the groud so the have to dig and scratch for it, but once it is gone, they spend the rest of the day sitting around doing nothing. Other than that I'm not sure why they are dying. I need to look again at the feeding chart and try to make sure I'm giving them enough but not too much.
