Cornish X Gender?

Any ideas on if this is a hen or rooster?
Cornish X. I think the age is 18-20 weeks?

It's a little difficult to make out but i think that i see saddle feathers in the last pic. If that is what i am seeing, then cockerel

Cockerel, but, I thought at this age he would be starting to break down, since he wasn't processed early.
