Cornish X or White Cornish Rock??

Hello everyone, today I bought a few baby chicks labeled as white Cornish Rock. I have never heard of these but the attendant at my local Cal Ranch Store said they were meat birds. Now I have a few questions, can I keep these guys in the same brooder as my other baby chicks (mixed layers) and if so, when do I separate them? What’s the care, the feed and feeding schedule? Thanks
