Is it ok to put Corrid in a Metal waterer? Went outside this morning to find one of my 6 wk old chicks dead and blood droppings in their pen. NO wound marks or anything. I think they have Coccidiosis. I have given them liquid corrid, made sure each chick has at least a few drops. I am also putting Corrid in the rest of my older chickens pens. One pen only has a metal waterer instead of the plastic, so is it ok to put corrid in a metal waterer or will it react with it. I know apple cider vinegar reacts with the metal waterers, so wondering if the corrid might react too. Thank you for your help

Welcome To BYC

Corid will be fine in the metal water station.
Good to know Corid is ok in the metal.

Are there any meds that should not go in the metal waterers like Tylosin, b-vitamins, probiotics etc? I am treating for MG monthly and trying to keep mareks symptoms in check all year. Thanks!

The only thing I know right off hand that should not be in metal is Acidified Copper Sulfate.
