Corturnix/ Chicken Question

I eat quail at the dining room table. Chicken is only eaten in the living room... never with the same silverware...

one of my mentors ( a hunting buddy) taught me to work from the youngest to the oldest then reading Dr. Leland Hayes would re enforce this a number of years later

reason being is chicks would have less chance to be infected with anything I ma not sure of the science and once ya make it a habit I do not even think about doing it
