Coryza? Mycoplasma? Or just an infection?

**UPDATE**Wanted to give an update on the flock since its been a while. So after I had other members showing issues I treated everyone with Tylosin as well as Vitamins/Electrolyes (the Poultry recovery mix). I did that for 7-10 days. This also included the two hens that I also had quarantined. (this was after the 2 hens finished their other antibiotics of Aquasol and Amoxicillin). I also opened up the chickens for free run of the yard during the day. During the day my mom's dogs are put up in the house and I wanted to make sure they had plenty of grass and fresh air. Unfortunately I can't do this during the weekend, but I will take whatever days I can get. I also deep cleaned the coops. Clean everything out. Scrubbed with water diluted vinegar solution. So had had a bad leak in the back near a rabbit hutch which wasnt initially visible as it leaked from the roof, back to the wall and down behind the hutch and pooled underneath that. I also sprayfoamed and flexsealed tape the metal seams (its really a 12 x 12 shed with corrugated metal) on the side as well as caulked the top seams of the roof. I also mucked out the run completely and layed down pellatized bedding and then pine shavings. I know the pine shavings will eventually decompose and some say it may be useless but I wanted to make sure they also knew it was bedding and that I wasn't laying food pellets down. I also wanted to make sure it was a decent layer since its was muddy. I was only able to do main areas as I am having trouble getting the bedding as the stores never carry much in. So I am hoping to be able to do the rest this weekend. I have to say the flock has really done a 180. The few nice days we have had I have tried to open up the coops as much as possible. Unfortunately my main coop the fan just broke, but I am seeing if I can put some vents in. Looking for ones that are like crawlspace vents that I can open and close as well as have the hardware cloth already built in. We will see what the rest of winter brings. I am beginning to think that most of the flock had Mycoplasma and that the one hen had poss 2 respiratory things. Everyone is better for the moment. No sneezing, coughing, etc. The hen is as good as she's going to get. No symptoms, sneezing, coughing, etc. She still looks ragged like she's been fluffed in a dryer but I know that is the molting. She has been done at this point. She had one bare spot (scar maybe) and feathers have never grown back. (quarter or silver dollar size) I was hoping they would. Not sure what she got it from as she had that when I purchased the original flock. At this point, I will take what I can get. Sorry this is so wordy...but I really appreciate everyone's advice and recommendations.

Aquasol could treat roundworms. It is not an antibiotic that would treat MG. It is hard to know what you are dealing with unless they do a culture or testing. PCR testing is the best. Your vet or state vet could possibly test, and there are some national labs such as Zoologix, who can send you materials to collect a testing specimen at home. Hard to know if testing would be accurate after treating with multiple antibiotics. Sometimes there can be more than one respiratory disease at once. Infectious bronchitis, mycoplasma gallisepticum, coryza, ILT, ORT, and other viruses cause respiratory disease symptoms.
I appreciate the information as I didn't know what Aquasol was for. Also slightly disappointed as its just for roundworms or parasitic infections which the vet never mentioned anything about that. Even if it was just a shot in the dark and she prescribed it as a just in case would be nice to know. At this time no one shows any symptoms and from what I read about the PCR testing it needs to be when they have symptoms. But I am grateful to have the resource available. I appreciate all the info.
