Coryza? Something else? Or am I just being paranoid?

OK, four days ago I noticed that my 10-week old BCM roo had a little bit of swelling over one of his eyes. I immediately quarantined him from the girls. His swelling got a little bit worse the next day, but now it's back down to the point where I almost don't notice it. This was his only issue- no discharge, no respiratory symptoms, no bad smells, nothing. He has been behaving normally the entire time. He has a tiny mark/scab over his eye, so I'm hoping that maybe he just poked himself on something or got a bug bite (?)
What do you guys think? Can he go back with his girls? Thanks in advance!

It sounds like he was pecked in the face. I would put him back and check him in the morning.
