Coryza

Is there any way to eradicate this from my flock? Or should I cull?

There is no way to permanently eradicate Coryza. If your birds got the disease and survived they are carriers for life. If you're not certain it's Coryza you can always have one bird necropsied. I HATE suggesting to someone to cull their entire flock because they may think it's one thing and it's actually something else....that being said, if you're 100% sure that it is, that is the only way to handle it. Bleach all food and water containers, clean everything else well. Sorry
