costco Shed on sale, would make a nice coop!

So I can't afford this, but I thought it would make a nice coop, I know I've seen coops like this go for somewhere around $1,500 - $2,000!

Sam's club has a smaller one (sorry don't remember dimensions ) think 4 x 8 with one window. Looks solidly built. I think the price was about $ 349.
