Coturnix age stages?

It would be awesome if a moderator could make it a sticky too... an easy go to for things allowed/recommended at certain age stages?
Like what age to offer a sandbox? What age to Add calcium to feed?
What age to not have to grind up chic feed?
What age to offer treats like fruit/greens/mealworms?
What age to start adding Apple cider vinegar to their water?

Sand....you can add it on day one. I prefer dirt.
You don't add calcium to the feed but you can offer it on the side once they start laying eggs.
I stop grinding up feed at about a week old.
I don't offer treats often, it takes away from them getting a complete balanced diet.
ACV ...never. Plain fresh water is best.
