Coturnix hatching trouble

Recently I have been having trouble I gather my own eggs set them within a week and incubate them at 99.5 at approx. 50% humidity so everything goes well I lay them down at day 15 at 100 degrees and 65-70% humidity but very few are hatching most are fully developed but never make it out of the shell most never even pip the few that do usually hatch.earlier in the year I was having a much better hatch rate my last 2 settings have been around 10% I also disinfected the incubator and hatcher so i'm at a total loss please help.

Lower the humidity to 45%. If it's too humid, the air sac doesn't expand at the proper rate, so the chicks suffocate inside their shell.

To add another element I opened a few up that actually had maggots in them....nasty.

I agree you're humidity is just way too high.
Get it down to 30-35%.

I forgot to specify that 45% was just for lockdown, after 30-35% for most of incubation. I've also had good luck with 35-40% all the way through, but definitely way less than 60%.
