are they ALL hens? if so maybe that is the trouble..? If they've never bred and are all hens ...i don't know , just a thought, and you said you haven't heard a single crow.......
i'm in maryland and w/o those FULL 14 hours ...whether artificial or real ...light,mine definitely wont lay. i use LED Christmas lights for mine. It took 2-3 weeks of them being on to start the birds laying again.

Egg eaters is what popped into my mind too JJ. Monkey see monkey do kinda thing. One eat a egg and the others watch, feast is on!! You would think the roos would be crow'in thou. Hell, Eat'em and start over. In 8 weeks or so you can have new birds that earn thier keep!!!

Pick up a bird, look at his/her butt, is it swollen and when you poke it, does foamy substance come out...if so....you got a boy

If the bird has an open void it's a girl. Sometimes the gals poop on you. When I sex mine, I get pooped on when I mess with their privates....I don't beer sex, I vent sex.

Just because you see foam does not mean its a boy. When the rooster mates the hen the foam stays in the hen's vent...

Yes, but girls, won't have the foam in big amounts like the males.

And the girls don't get the swollen gland either

All Roos Would Mean Crowing And Mounting
All Hens Would Still Produce Eggs

We're Missing Something Here.... Not Sure What But Something.

No Changes In Environment?
No Changes In Feed?
Outdoors In Direct Sunlight All Day?
Whats The Outside Temperatures?

Gotta Be Something Here???

If You Can Get Some Eggs The Egg Eater Theory Is Easily Tested... Just Chuck A Few Eggs In With Them When You Leave To Go To Work... When You Get Back If The Eggs Are Gone Everybody Goes To Kamp Kenmore! As Thats The Only Cure

I butchered some a couple of months ago, and of course there are both males and females.

They are on the north side of building, not in direct sunlight.

No changes in feed - they have been on Purina gamebird breeder/layer since they were 8 weeks old.

Weather is fluctuating right now, highs in the 50's, lows in the 30's some days, 70's/50's other days.

I have been considering starting over, maybe that's best.

Ya Know What? Just For Giggles Try Putting A Bright Light On Them For An Extra Oh Say... 4 Hrs In The Evening Just To Make Sure They Are Getting Enough Light. At Least Thats What I Would Try Before I Started Over (or While I Was Incubating The Next Batch...)

That And If You Can Get Your Hands On Some Eggs I Would "eater Test" Them
