Coturnix Quail Baby very very noisy.. Others are not.. Why???

I have 8 baby Coturnix Quail. I have what I think is one regular. One Tibeten. And the rest I believe are goldens.. Not completely sure, since these are my first quail of this type..

They are about 1-2 weeks old. They are warm. Have food and water. And only the Tibeten (darker) colored one is constantly cheeping. Its is getting annoying.. All the others are peaceful and only talk once in awhile.. Could this one be a male starting to make to much noise to early.

If it dont watch it. Its going to be a fluffy McNugget.. I was going to keep 4 for breeding. And try (eat) 4. I have never eatten quail. I was wanting to keep this one. But if it continues this much racket. Then its going to be the first to go.

Why could this baby be so noisy..

Oh and this baby is going to get them discovered.. DH doesnt know about them yet.. I only have Button Quail to his knowledge.. LOL

I always have 1 in the group who is noisy. I bet its a male.

Are quail easy to raise? Do yu raise them on wire? And is it worth the time and effort to eat them?
Just trying to get a little info to see if I would like to have some of them.
Oh and are they hardy?

Well the noisy one.. Just got my Coturnix Quail discovered by my DH.. Since they are here he wont make me get rid of them. But he is a bit upset about it.. He says we dont have room for them.. I can always find more room for animals.. LOL... But he said late last night that the noisy one is starting to make him mad though.. I just dont understand why this one talks non-stop.. The only time it stops is when it is sleeping.. And it is the first to complain, and louder than its usual talking, if the water or food is to low..
