Coturnix quail chick with wry neck

[My hen house]

I hatched 16 quail yesterday all seemingly healthy and this morning 2 more hatched and 1 of the has wry neck. What can I feed it to help?
Thinking it lives to adulthood should it not be hatched from and just get eaten?
I don't want to have to kill it as a chick if its not suffering
It also hatched from the point end of the egg

Pointy end, wry neck, and splay leg? I would cull now. It could have internal problems, too. If you choose to keep it, don't use for breeding. I have not successfully cured any wry neck but they can figure out how to eat and mostly get to full size so you can eat them.
